📄 Full License Terms

This Master Resell Rights + PLR License Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms between WeCreativeLab.com ("Licensor") and the buyer ("Licensee") of the digital templates and resources provided by the Licensor. By purchasing the Mystic & Holistic Planner Bundle, the Licensee agrees to follow the conditions outlined below.

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the planners for personal and commercial use.
  • Edit, customize, and rebrand the templates under your own brand.
  • Resell the planner templates and products as your own.
  • Create new digital or printable products using the included resources.
  • Sell the products individually, in bundles, memberships, shops, or special offers.
  • Pass Master Resell Rights on to your buyers.
  • Create your own customer license terms for the products you sell.

License Updates

The Licensor may update or modify the content, resources, or license terms as necessary. This may include changes to ensure accuracy, quality, or compliance with third-party requirements. By using the content, the Licensee agrees to accept and follow any such updates or revisions.

2. Licensee's Responsibilities

Customization and rebranding are strongly recommended to help you create unique products that reflect your style, audience, and business identity. You are encouraged to modify covers, colors, fonts, layouts, branding, and content to make the products your own.

Termination: Licensor may terminate the license if terms are violated. Upon termination, cease use and delete copies.

3. Restrictions on Promotional Graphic Style

Licensee may not copy or closely replicate WeCreativeLab branding, mockups, sales pages, offers, store design, promotional style, or visual identity in ways that could make customers believe the business or products are connected to WeCreativeLab. The final branding and presentation must remain clearly distinct and independent from WeCreativeLab.

  • Content Monitoring: Platforms (Etsy, Shopify) are monitored. Unauthorized use may result in DMCA takedowns or legal action.

4. Disclaimer & Intended Use
