I can’t access the templates, I only see the PDF. What should I do?

To access the templates, please open the PDF manual. Inside, you will find a list of planner themes. By clicking on each title, you will be redirected directly to the project on Canva. The project will be automatically copied to your account, so you can use it as a template and customize it as you like.

How do I download my product?

After payment is confirmed, you will get a digital download sheet with links to the product and instructions.

I can't open the downloaded files. What should I do?

If you're having trouble opening your files, try these steps:

  • Re-download the files – The download may have been incomplete.
  • Try a different device or browser – Sometimes, switching devices or browsers helps.
  • Check if the files are in a ZIP folder – If so, you’ll need a ZIP extractor like WinRAR or 7-Zip (Windows) or The Unarchiver (Mac).

Can I return or get a refund for digital products/templates?

All sales of digital products are final. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at info@wecreativelab.com, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I resell the product I purchased from WeCreative-Lab?

No, it is not allowed to sell, distribute, rent, give, or sub-license any products bought from Wecreativelab.com.

The only products that come with resale permission are those marked with the name 'Master Resell Rights', 'Private Label Rights', 'Commercial Use'.

What is Canva?

Canva is an easy-to-use graphic design platform that lets users create visual content like social media templates, flyers, and more.

How do I install the template?

You will get instructions with your order.

Are all downloads instant?

Yes, all downloads usually are instant. If you don't receive the link immediately, it means the link is still uploading, and the system is verifying the payment. You will receive the link within 1 hour, or at most within the day.

If after 24 hours you still have not received the download link, please get in touch with us at info@wecreativelab.com, and we will send the link immediately 😊
